"Administrative corruption and its treatment in Islamic jurisprudence in Algeria" and the committee recommended granting him this certificate for his ability to present and analyze the subject according to scientific and academic standards with excellent degree.

Dr. FODIL is Born on January 23, Algerian nationality.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law from Tablighi University, the Arab Republic of Egypt, in 2005. Then he continued his master’s studies at the same university and obtained it in 2007. He entered professional life, continued the challenges, and participated in several competitions. He worked in several positions, as a professor, education supervisor, and director of public relations in Establishment of institutions and director of the “Al-Salam” Pedagogical Center, and now the dream of a life in studies and professions has been fulfilled. Doctor in Sharia and Law, judge and mediator accredited to the Judicial Council.
