Diana Intl College announced the award of a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration and Quality Management to Dr. Eng. Ahmed Abu Aisha.

Dr. Ahmed is Palestinian , and lives in Palestine. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering from the German University of Bochum in 1992 with a grade of “Very Good.” Then he obtained a Master degree in Business Administration from Northwest Virginia University in the United States in 2007, also with a grade of “Very Good.” General "Very Good".

And recently he obtained a professional doctorate in business administration and quality management, after he completed all graduation requirements and obtained a cumulative average with a general grade of "excellent" in all the courses.

Dr. Ahmed works as Director General in the Palestinian Ministry of Transport and Communications, and held many governmental positions, the most important of which were the Director General of the Traffic Authority, the Rapporteur of the Economic and Financial Committee in the Legislative Council, the Director of Exhibitions and Markets in the Ministry of Industry, and the representative of Palestine in the Arab Federation of Exhibitions of the League of Arab States. 

He also participated in many training courses, seminars, lectures and workshops, the most important of which were in the Small Business Support Program, the Administrative Development Program, the Industrial Development Organization Program, and the Arab Union for International Conferences and Exhibitions. He also organized a large number of national, regional and international exhibitions.

He was active in community and voluntary work as well, as he held important positions for many local and international associations, unions and organizations. He was a member of the Palestinian Engineers Syndicate, then a member of the General Union of Palestinian Engineers, then President of the Association of Private Educational Centers in Palestine, and then a member of the German Alumni Association , then the Secretary of the Palestinian-German Cooperation Association, then the Secretary of the Elders of Palestine, then the Secretary of the Palestinian Independent Commission for Wisdom and Advice and many important associations and organizations.
