Diana global university announced the granting of a Professional Doctorate in the field of Criminal Law, to Dr MELAD ADEB AL MATNI, Syrian Nationality Based on the recommendation of the discussionc ommittee for research submitted by title:
"Extradition In light of Arab and international legislation and agreements" and the committee recommended granting him this certificate for his ability to present and analyze the subject according to scientific and academic standards with excellent degree.

Dr MELAD holds a law degree from Damascus University/ 1998 /

HE is aLawyer and member of the Homs Bar Association since 2003 and Practicing the legal profession from 2003 to this date, he has experience in all types of criminal, civil and legal cases.

ALSO DR MELAD is an Expert in commercial arbitration and has worked as a legal advisor and lecturer at the Syrian Family Planning Association in Homs Governorate for three years, he also worked as a social advisor in the same association for one year.

IN ADDITION he prepared many legal articles that were published in several local and Arab newspapers and presented many legal research papers that were published by several Arab journals.

Aside from the legal aspects, HE is a poet and writer, and his literary side has varied between colloquial poetry, prose poems, and literary thoughts. Many of his literary works have been published in several literary forums.
